Your personal-data rights
How to ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion where the law allows it.

What you can request
- Information about how your data is used.
- Access to a copy of personal data held about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Restriction, objection, portability or deletion where the applicable conditions are met.
- Withdrawal of consent where consent is the lawful basis.
- Human review of a decision if you believe an automated process affected you incorrectly.
How the request is handled
Use the support route and state that the request concerns personal data. Include your learner number and the email address on your account; do not send your password.
We may ask for proportionate proof of identity before disclosing or changing a record. A request affecting another person cannot be completed without appropriate authority.
Complaints
If the training office does not resolve the concern, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Its official site provides data-subject request and privacy-breach reporting channels.
